Terms of Service

1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the «Terms») regulate the use of the Kavkaz Tuning online service (website / Telegram bot) (hereinafter referred to as the «Service») provided by the Administration. 1.2. By using the Service, including launching the bot, registering, paying for services, or gaining access to materials, the User confirms full acquaintance and acceptance of these Terms. 1.3. In case of disagreement, the User must cease using the Service.

2.1. The Service provides digital goods and intangible services, including information materials, tutorials, consultations, digital products, and service utilities. 2.2. Provided materials may include open source information, proprietary materials of the Administration or third parties, analytical reviews, and structured data. 2.3. The User acknowledges that the value of digital goods lies in systematization, analysis, presentation form, support, and updates rather than exclusivity of single fragments. 2.4. The Service does not claim or guarantee uniqueness of individual material elements outside the Service.

3.1. The Service is provided strictly on an «AS IS» basis. 3.2. The Administration does not guarantee expectation fulfillment, financial/professional results, or uninterrupted/error-free operation. 3.3. The Administration is not liable for direct/indirect damages, consequences of applying materials, actions of third parties, or technical outages. 3.4. All decisions on applying materials/services are made by the User at their own risk.

4.1. The Service is not intended to encourage or assist unlawful activities. 4.2. The User agrees to use the Service exclusively within applicable laws and third-party rules. 4.3. Responsibility for legal usage rests entirely on the User.

5.1. All materials published in the Service are protected by intellectual property laws. 5.2. Users are forbidden to copy, distribute, resell, or transfer materials without written permission. 5.3. Infringement may result in access revocation without compensation.

6.1. Access may be suspended or limited in case of terms violation, abuse, or legal/payment provider requirements. 6.2. Limitation does not release prior obligations. 6.3. Service reserves the right to decline service to high-risk users.

7.1. Payments are made under specified terms prior to purchase. 7.2. Due to digital non-tangible nature, refunds post-access are not provided except as specified below. 7.3. Refunds are possible only if the service was not rendered due to technical fault or access was not provided. 7.4. Refund claims must be submitted to support within 24 hours of payment. 7.5. Refund decisions are made individually. 7.6. The User agrees not to initiate payment chargebacks without prior support consultation.

8.1. Minimal technical data is collected to operate the Service. 8.2. Reasonable security measures are enforced.

9.1. The Administration may amend these Terms. 9.2. Active versions are published on the Service. 9.3. Continued usage signifies agreement.

10.1. Users may contact support via website form or Telegram. By using the Service (or registering/authorizing), the User confirms full acceptance of these Terms.
